Biggest best omelet I've ever had. Fabulous spicy oily American fries. I was surprised at the size of the cafe and impressed by the two U-shaped sit-at counters. Excellent friendly service (few customers at the time). One photo is the alignment of wind turbines with the main street of Shabbona. Shabbona also is a train watchers haven. The is a nice state park nearby as well. Bring a small boat or fishing pole.

Not a coffee drinker but loved their cappachino. It was just perfect.Super soft pancakes and swedish cakes.Our host was also very nice, she was able to make a delicious veg sandwich for us even though it was not in their menu.Worth stopping by. Definitely coming back.

One of the absolute top breakfast, I ever had. Eggs were fresh and delicious, bacon was on point and super tasty, hash browns weren’t completely burnt like other places and the sausage and gravy, ummmmm! Need I say more? Come have a healthy breakfast at this cafe! Very friendly staff and a great family environment. 11 STARS
